Booking Policy:

20 % Advanced Payment upon Booking and the balance of 80% to be paid 30 days before Arrival (credit card, paypal, bank transfer, cash).

Fully Flexible Package Cancellation:

  • Advanced Payment is Non-Refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival.
  • Advanced Payment is Fully-Refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
  • Please email us for Special Prices available on the Non-Refundable Packages.

Guest Rules

 

For the smooth running of the Electra Village residency and for the respect, health and safety of all our valued guests we kindly request that the following Rules are complied with.

  • Please check-in between 14:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs
  • Please check-out between 06:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs
  • Use of the Swimming pool is between 10:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs daily (from May to October)
  • Use of the pool, pool area and any supervision is absolutely under your own responsibility
  • Electra Village cannot take responsibility for any accidents within the Village or for the theft or loss of your belongings.
  • Guests are requested to respect Electra Village property and the rights and privacy of all other guests. This includes no noise between 22:00hrs and 10:00 hrs.
  • Purposeful or repeated damage, destruction or other inappropriate behavior within Electra Village including excessive noise can lead tο early departure with no compensation.
  • Electra Village reserves the right to charge for excessive damage to Electra Village property or house/studio contents (e.g. broken or damaged furniture, serious damage within the house / studio etc)
  • Cleaning Services operate daily between 14:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs. Guests may request the cancellation of this service if it is not required.
